Lorraine and Bob Neal  met 38 years ago in Hollywood , Florida. Bob was raised there and attending college. Lorraine was vacationing with her Parents. A short time later they married in 1968, endured a year in Viet Nam, a stint in Ft. Sill Oklahoma and settled in Lorraine's birthplace , Columbia County, New York in 1970. They established an apple Farm, had two children, and enjoyed country life in Chatham, New York. In the early 80's Lorraine got her real estate brokers license and started "Homestretch Properties" specializing in Farms, and Country Estates. She was quite sucessful dealing with clients from New York City. Most winters were spent  on the east coast of Florida to be near family and the Horse Tracks. About this same time Bob got involved in the Throughbred business breeding, raising, training, and selling horses, this endeavor spread from the race track and yearling sales for Saratoga New York to the sale Pavillions of Kentucky.

Kids in college and circumstances brought the Neal's to Sarasota in 1995 and they immediately fell in love with the area. In 1995 she joined Michael Saunders & Co. and has consistantly been a top producer. the Neal's have sold out East in the Polo Club and Lakewood Ranch, all major golfing communities, Gulffront and Bayside from Siesta to Longboat Key, and most areas in between.
